Talking session: " Assessing socio-emotional abilities " of Prof. Dr. Andrea Hildebrandt

The Department of Travel Studies is pleased to announce a talk on the topic "Assessing socio-emotional abilities." The idea of the topic is deprived from that employees working in tourism industry need to recognize customers’ emotions from their nonverbal behaviours, and respond to those in an appropriate way to be able to provide good services.
