APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Application includes:

-      Two 3x4 photos (name, date and place of birth was written in the back)

-      A photocopy of birth certification

-      A notarized photocopy of university/college/ vocational school of tourism degree

-      An official academic transcript

-      Application form (the form is provided by the faculty)
